Good news for Moto 360 fans in the UK. It sounds like you will soon have three new options for metallic watch bands. While the metal band option has been available in the U.S. since last year, this will be a new option for those in the United Kingdom.
Here is a quote straight from Motorola on the matter:
“From mid-February in the UK, Moto 360 will be available in a light metal or dark metal finish with a 23 mm band, and from mid-March it will be available in light gold with an 18 mm band. Crafted from aircraft-grade stainless steel, the new bands are as durable as they are beautiful and feature a modern, contemporary tri-link design that complements the round face of Moto 360.”
The new Moto 360 will cost £229, with sales opening around the end of February. It sounds like O2, Techdata, Amazon and Argos will be among the retailers offering the dark metal and light gold bands. While John Lewis will offer the light metal version exclusively. Keep your eyes on Motorola UK to be notified as soon as sales start.
