Razer’s Nabu Smartband, after kicking off a beta program in June, is getting close to an official launch. First shown off at CES back in January, the wearable is designed to offer the best of smartwatches and fitness bands. In fact, there are some last-minute changes underway for the device; the company has added a nifty way of exchanging contact information (high five!).

Nabu tracks:

  • Calories burned
  • Steps taken
  • Floors climbed
  • Distance traveled
  • Hours slept
  • Personal goals

Reportedly, the Nabu Smartband will retail for less than $100 whenever it hits the market. Capable of pairing with Android and iOS devices, Nabu is also looking at Windows Phone support.
